I was inspired by the visual story of redemption and the cycle of sanctification in Christ, depicted in the artwork titled "Redeemed," is a powerful and symbolic journey of spiritual transformation. The right side of the circular composition serves as a vivid portrayal of Christ's sacrificial love, represented by the deep crimson hues symbolizing His blood shed for our sins.
Through His death and resurrection, the broken relationship between humanity and God is restored. This path signifies the transformative power of connection and growth through sanctification.
Moving upward in the artwork, the fire represents the refining gift of the Holy Spirit, purifying followers in the image of Christ. The artist uses the element of fire to evoke the idea of purification and sanctification, highlighting the process through which believers grow into the likeness of Christ. At the top of the circle, a serene metallic white space signifies the completion of this transformative journey.
It represents graduation from this physical life and standing before God, face to face, and made pure through Christ.
